Hello. My name is Topi Kauppinen and I’m interested in real-time imagery and video games in general not only as philosophical entities, but cultural objects, too

For me, it has never been so much about playing per se the games, than watching, reading, dreaming, and contemplating of them, and this site is an endeavour in that spirit.

The site in question came to be while I was writing my thesis on real-time image and found out that the blog format was perfect for my way of dealing with subjects I find interesting. I try to keep the issues timeless, so everything written here would be as relevant as possible for later viewing, as well.
